SHIPPING

We deliver across Russia and internationally. Available methods, times, and costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the delivery address. Standard delivery is carried out by courier services. If you need urgent delivery within Moscow during the day, you should select the Express Delivery option - in this case, the order will be delivered within a few hours after it is placed. The cost of express delivery will be displayed during checkout. You can also pick up your prepaid order in person at the KM20 concept store located at 2 Stoleshnikov Lane, bld. 1, Moscow. Please note: payment to the courier is currently not possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. You can pick up your online purchase at KM20. The order will be available for collection only after you receive a notification of its readiness by email or SMS.

Courier service: 1 – 3 business days from the date of order. Free delivery for purchases over 20 000 ₽
Express delivery: same-day delivery
Self-pickup: order ready within 1 business day

DELIVERY ACROSS RUSSIA

Courier service: 2 – 7 business days from the date of order. Free delivery for purchases over 20 000 ₽

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Courier service: 7 – 14 business days from the date of order

PAYMENT

When placing an order in the online store, only online payment is possible. Payment upon receipt is not available. Available payment methods appear after selecting the delivery method.

Pay in parts:
Yandex Split - an option to pay for your order in installments. The service will divide the purchase amount into 4 parts and provide a payment schedule. The first payment will be made when placing the order. The remaining 3 payments will be automatically debited every two weeks. A card linked to your Yandex account is required for purchases.
