Email Marketing Consent
Hereby I (hereinafter referred to as the User), in accordance with Part 1 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ dated 13.03.2006 “On Advertising” and Part 1 of Article 44.1 of Federal Law No. 126-FZ dated 07.07.2003 “On Communications”, acting voluntarily and in good faith, give my consent to receive informational and advertising mailings (hereinafter referred to as the Consent) to LLC “BUBNOVY VALET” (PSRN: 5087746542208, TIN: 7702690333, address: 125009, Moscow, Stoleshnikov Lane, 2, bldg. 1, office 1; tel.: +7 495 623-78-88; e-mail: customers@km20.ru) (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
Informational mailings mean messages that provide useful information, news, and updates. Advertising mailings mean messages about goods, services, promotions and special offers.
The User agrees that advertising may be distributed by means of:
- SMS messages;
- messages in messengers;
- push notifications;
- phone calls;
- email messages.
The User confirms that at any time he has the right to withdraw consent by:
- sending a notification to the email address customers@km20.ru;
- clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any received mailing.
The Operator, for the purpose of carrying out mailings, has the right to transfer the data of users who have given consent to receive advertising and informational messages to third parties.
The Consent is valid from the date of its provision until the moment the User refuses to receive mailings.
The User is informed that in the event of withdrawal of this consent, LLC “BUBNOVY VALET” will immediately stop sending informational and advertising mailings to the User from the moment the withdrawal is received.
