Tokyo based jewellery label Ambush was founded in 2008 by Japanese rapper Verbal and his wife Yoon. Designers describe their own brand as an experimental line of unique jewelry. Ambush has since garnered collaborations with Louis Vuitton, Sacai and UNDERCOVER (Jun Takahashi). Ambush's outstanding designs were spotted and loved by Rihanna, M.I.A., Kanye West, Skepta, Nigo and K-pop stars – like CL and G-Dragon. Yoon and Verbal were named as one of the semifinalists for 2016’s LVMH Young Designer Prize. Also Yoon Ahn has been appointed as the new jewellery designer at Dior Homme in 2018.
